Team meeting: 4/8/15









Research: where are we up to and what have we found out
Sophie: will be finishing inspiration now that we’ve decided on a direction. Social media research. 
Laura: architecture/history – hardly any info, have done some. Another group is doing the same research. 
Phillip/Ethan: Spacial – way finding is the biggest challenge, it’s very cluttered. Lots of different lighting, everything can be moved. Lack of seats and tables. Couldn’t find meeting rooms. No spaces to hang out in, more of a ‘grab a book and go’ space. 
Megs: Having trouble with personas but have been looking into research on reading habits/library use of 20-29 year olds.

Other library teams: what is happening with them
No idea. Phillip to talk to Tom. We will do our own survey if they larger group is not doing anything. 

Timeline: Do we need to make any adjustments
All good at this stage

 Initial ideas on what our direction should be
Visibility and space. 

SPP how should we split up the tasks?
Survey questions: write as a group. 
Decide tomorrow in class when looking at SPP again.
Check if we are to have a certain number of proposals.
Check if flow chart is about our project (if it was chosen to be implemented, how it would work) or if it is about the remaining part of the semester and our process for this assignment.
